Our wooden shelves are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and hidden flaws that affect the structure, stability, or finish of the product.
Covered:
- Abnormal cracks not caused by misuse
- Excessive warping or deformation
- Assembly or bonding defects
- Issues related to wood treatment (e.g. insect damage, premature rot)
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage due to excessive humidity, improper storage, or misuse
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Depending on the case, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
